How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At the moment, we ship within Canada only.

Is free shipping available?

Yes — we offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $120.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll take it from there.

What happens if my package shows as delivered but I can’t find it?

Once tracking confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer, but please reach out and we’ll help you look into it.

Can I return or exchange a used product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are final sale.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
