Return Policy

A full exchange or store credit will be gladly offered on unopened, unused or undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned in sellable condition, with all original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all opened or used products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your The Relief Trade experience.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
Upon receipt of your return or exchange request, we will respond via email within five (5) business days. Once authorized, you can send the product(s) to:

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, or incorrect, please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo documentation and your order details. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement, refund, or store credit will be offered at our discretion. 

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Relief Trade Inc. is not responsible for delays or mishandling caused by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the case and, where applicable, assist with a replacement or a carrier claim.

Skin Sensitivity & Allergic Reactions

As individual skin types and sensitivities vary, skin reactions or allergic responses are not considered product defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use of any cosmetic product.

Sale & Promotional Items

All discounted, promotional, or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Authorization

Returns are accepted by prior authorization only.

Items returned without approval may be refused or returned to the sender.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, in which case The Relief Trade Inc. will cover the shipping costs. 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Policy Updates

The Relief Trade Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
