Shipping
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Orders are shipped within Canada only via Canada Post or Purolator.
- Shipping is free within Canada on orders over $120 or $8.99 flat rate.
- Orders shipped to P.O. box addresses will be sent via Canada Post and are subject to a $5 additional charge.

- Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier (Canada Post or Purolator), delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- We are unable to refund or replace orders affected by incorrect address information, or packages marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen. If tracking confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. However, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you in locating the shipment.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@therelieftrade.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the damage.
